Shown here with natural “shaped” dressed edges option ~ that is that the edges have been shaped from a natural , or raw edge. Basically dressed up to suit the  smoothness of the table.

 

Other options for the top are as a standard “waterfall “edge ~ a square dressed, or bevelled  edge .. . All most attractive and a matter of simple choice by the client.

The Magazine rack underneath is a useful addition to this popular piece.
