Timber and Iron ~ two of natures gifts that have supported Terra Australis from the earliest days of man ~ and will continue to do so into the far reaches of our future. . . .

 

This magnificent bed is crafted from these two elements ~ reclaimed from a past life to serve a new one.

 

The timbers are  from our railroad history.

The head, foot and side rail timbers are reclaimed from old railway wagons.

The great 6’ x 6’ posts are cut down from the post caps from an old railway bridge that stood near the town of Wagin…..

 

The Iron work is crafted for me at the forge of our own Wrought Iron specialist here in Nannup at Deep Forest Iron (www.deepforestiron.com.au)

 

We are very pleased to present this piece as part of our Railway Junction Range.

 

But due to the very limited supply of this material only a very few of these items will be made available….
