This is a big heavy solid Jarrah bed the like of which you have    probably not encountered before.

The posts are made up to 140 x 140mm with 170mm cap.

Side rails a healthy 150 x 35mm ~ supporting Karri slats with a centre beam and drop down foot for extra support.

While the Under/Over style foot and head boards are of 150 x 35mm jointed  beams.

All re-machined and dressed back from old timbers, and finished in a high end 2 pac Swedish polish .

 

This  piece is  offered at a  very reasonable price for the this level of work .

Its presence in my gallery is most welcome and it is a piece that I will be reluctant to see leave.
